So many good things to say about the Hinds Team as we had the opportunity to use them for both our buyers and sellers agents. After several failed attempts of purchasing our first home with different agents (we put in over 8 offers), my close friend recommended the Hinds Team. We found a pre-foreclosure that we wanted but felt it was going to be a shot in the dark. Nevertheless, the Hinds Team was able to get us our house at an incredible price with NO contingencies waived, and we even beat out other cash offers! Being a foreclosure, the house came with significant strings attached, and I can confidently say it would not have been possible without the Hinds Team. They held our hand through the entire process and put out so many fires along the way. They are extremely good at negotiating terms and only getting deals that make the most sense for her customers. If something seems off, the team will raise a red flag and figure out ways to troubleshoot. On the flip side, we had the pleasure of using the Hinds Team to sell our condo in Kirkland, and wow were we more than impressed! The Hinds Team did an incredible job preparing and listing our little condo, so well in fact that we had several cash offers in hand before our open house even happened! The Hinds Team set a price record for our complex and completely blew our expectations away. We were able to close faster than we thought was possible, and got significantly more money than we thought we would. We had so many variables we had to navigate strategically and the Hinds Team made all of it seem like a walk in the park. They were so responsive and always one step ahead. I can confidently say that we will be using them for every future purchase or sale down the road.

From the very beginning, we could tell that the Hinds Team genuinely cared about us. We had lots of questions and very specific concerns, but they always made us feel completely comfortable asking anything. They were responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process feel which much less overwhelming. Katie was always available for showings (even when we were still figuring out our preferred location), which made a huge difference in such a competitive market. She was patient, flexible, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we never missed an opportunity. They recommended a great team throughout the buying process, including trusted lenders, home insurance brokers, and an excellent home inspection team. Our buying process had some added legal complexity, and they were so helpful every step of the way. Even after closing, they continued to support us by sharing trusted home repair contacts and utility info. Overall, the team is kind, knowledgeable, and truly trustworthy.
